I was born and raised in Stanground and have spent most of my life here.

This isn’t just where I live — it’s home.
My roots run deep here, and I understand what makes our community
special.
I started my working life as a labourer at Fletton LB1 and later built and ran my
own software business for nearly 30 years before retiring at 60. Those years
taught me the value of hard work, responsibility and getting things done and
now I have the time and experience to give something back to the community
that has given me so much.
I’m incredibly proud of our ward and the opportunities it has for the future. We
are home to The POSH — a club that means so much to the identity of our city.
As a lifelong supporter, I support the campaign led by Paul Bristow to secure a
new multi-use stadium for Peterborough, bringing regeneration, jobs and
investment to our area.
Fletton and Stanground is also at the heart of exciting developments for our city.
The new Cygnet Bridge will connect our ward more directly to the riverfront and
city centre, and residents should have a real say in shaping how that area
develops.
We are also fortunate to have fantastic local assets such as the Green Backyard
community space and the young people’s employment hub based at the
Peterborough Utd stadium, helping local young people gain skills and
opportunities for the future.
With the right leadership and community voice, we can build on these strengths
and make our ward an even better place to live.
My commitment is simple: to be a visible, hard-working councillor who listens to
residents and stands up for our community.
Together we can protect what makes Fletton and Stanground special and help
our community thrive.
