Statement to voters
I have lived in Sunderland since 2004. I have been actively involved in a number of organisations within Sunderland including being a Secretary of the Millfield Residents' Association and Chair of the Sunderland LGBTQ group. I have successfully fought for the restoration of the half hourly bus service around The Docks. I am passionate about accessibility and if elected, I will fight for the recognition that elderly people are not necessarily tech savvy and need help and understanding in the field of modern technology.
I will also fight the blockage of pavements to ensure accessibility for people with mobility needs.
