Statement to voters
I moved to Castle Mead, Trowbridge, 8 years ago, to live very close to my grandchildren and be a hands-on granny which is very rewarding.

However, I do worry for their future and this has compelled me to try and do something to improve the prospects of this town and indeed, this country. I have 24 years experience in benefits, approx 16 of those in Housing and Council Tax benefits. If I was elected I would hold regular surgeries for residents to be able drop in with any queries, including advice and help with benefits.
At election times I am bombarded with leaflets by people I know little or nothing about. If I have the honour of being elected you will know who I am come the next election and for all the right reasons.
I will work tirelessly to bring about the changes needed. I do not want to become a councillor who is known for litter picking and planting, but one who puts an end to the waste of taxpayers money and
focuses on the big issues that will make long standing changes to this community.
