Born and raised in Witney and now living in Brize Norton, Toyah is a familiar face across the area.

In May 2025, Toyah was elected as County Councillor for Brize Norton & Carterton East. She works closely with RAF Brize Norton as Military Champion and is often out speaking with residents about local issues.
Toyah is focused on what matters most to residents: safer roads, reliable transport, and making sure new homes come with the infrastructure communities need — including roads, schools, drainage and GP services.
She is also campaigning to bring a diagnostic hub to Witney Community Hospital, restore the Carterton–Witney–Oxford railway to tackle A40 congestion, and hold Thames Water to account on sewage dumping and rising bills.
Toyah is a visible, hard-working councillor who listens to residents and gets things done.
