A Vision for Independence. A Future for Brinkworth and County.

As a Senior, I bring to this election not only the wisdom of a long life but the clarity of purpose that comes from decades of real-world experience. As a professional industrial chemist, former business owner, and proud father and grandfather, I have spent a lifetime committed to building, leading, and delivering results, not rhetoric. Now, I am standing for the Borough of Brinkworth to do just the same for our local community. I offer a true alternative—a return to pride in country, industry, and community.

Why I’m Standing
I have watched with deep concern as common sense has been abandoned in public life. Our nation’s independence—so hard-won through Brexit—is being undermined by weak leadership, unaccountable bureaucracy, and an obsession with ideology over practicality.

Brinkworth deserves a councillor who will speak plainly, act decisively, and never forget who they serve: the people.
My Priorities for the Borough of Brinkworth

1. Rebuild Local Industry and Jobs
Champion local business and manufacturing, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.
Cut red tape and council overreach that stifles entrepreneurship and productivity.
Support training and apprenticeship schemes to ensure young people learn skills that matter.

2. Restore Common-Sense Governance
Say no to wasteful spending on green vanity projects and climate posturing.
Focus on practical infrastructure and services—roads, drainage, housing—that actually matter to residents.
Demand transparency and accountability in every council decision.

3. Control Immigration, Defend Our Borders
Stand firmly against uncontrolled immigration and its pressure on housing, services, and community cohesion.
Back policies that put British families and workers first.

4. Protect Our Communities and Traditions
Support law and order—safe streets are the foundation of a thriving community.
Preserve the character and heritage of our villages and towns, from Brinkworth to the whole of Wiltshire.
Champion local values, British culture, and respect for our history.

5. Stand Up for Sovereignty at Every Level
Brexit was the beginning, not the end. We must fight to ensure national independence is felt locally.
Resist creeping influence from unelected international bodies and regional overreach.
