Statement to voters
James has lived just outside of Alcester in Haselor since 2016 with his partner and two teenage children.

He currently works as a solicitor and has worked for Warwickshire County Council in their legal team.
James has also done a lot of work in the education sector, previously as a clerk on
school admissions and appeal boards.
He’s currently a Governor at Stratford Grammar School for Girls, was a Governor
at Haselor School and helps at Alcester Grammar School with interview prep for
university entrance.
“It is an honour to be standing to represent the area I call home” said James. “The future of Alcester and the villages around the town really matter to me.”
“With my professional and personal experience, I believe I’m the right candidate
to fight for our area” added James.
“For too long, we’ve had Conservative leadership that hasn’t delivered the
infrastructure South Warwickshire needs.”
“With the Labour government set on pushing through as much house building as
they can, it’s crucial for the future of Alcester that we have a County Council that will give our communities a fair deal.”
