Statement to voters

Anish grew up in Aldborough Hatch and has lived in Harold Wood for 5 years.

Full statement

Graduating from King's College London in 2010, he is a dentist in east London and Essex, and worked for many years as an NHS dentist in Harold Hill.

He believes that the decimation of local services, as well as local disruption and environmental destruction caused by huge private interests, and the breakdown of affordable healthcare and housing, are all symptomatic of wider economic collapse.

The Green Party is the only party that supports taxing wealth, not work.

Anish believes that without stopping the rapid redistribution of wealth up to the already extremely wealthy, not only will climate change continue to accelerate and the cost of living continue to rise, but generations to come will never afford decent housing, basic healthcare or dignity in old age.

This statement was added by Anish Kothari, their team, or by a Democracy Club volunteer, based on information published by the candidate elsewhere.
