George has lived in Hackney since childhood, brought up by queer parents and enjoying the incredible parks, vibrant play spaces, strong sense of community, and brilliant local venues and businesses in Clissold Ward.

George works in Legal Aid representing vulnerable people seeking justice, including asylum seekers, victims of trafficking, and those in prison, holding power to account. He would bring that experience as a caseworker to serve constituents, while fighting to make the borough greener, more just, and more democratic.
George says, “I believe in Green values of hope, stewardship and solidarity, and I would work to ensure every resident is heard, without fear or favour.”
