I am standing for Reform UK, to support a return to common sense policies that normal people can relate to. Reform UK is about change, about reconnecting with residents, and responding to their concerns rather than hiding behind party politics.
Like many in our area, I feel we have been badly let down by those who have held power in West Surrey and driven us into a fiscal position that is no longer sustainable. If it continues it will negatively impact local services and our quality of life.
As a Finance Professional, I have vast experience in dealing with multi-million-pound budgets, so am in a good position to start the process of regaining local trust in how your money is spent.
If elected, I will ensure that the local authority are held accountable and that residents’ voices are heard. I am determined to make sure that public funds are spent on essential local services and community needs rather than costly vanity projects or initiatives that fail to deliver tangible benefits for you.
