I run a bar on Fareham’s West Street (West Street Alehouse) and have seen the effects a strong community can have on a group of people.

I have owned the Alehouse with my husband since it opened 7 years ago putting us at the heart of Fareham’s Community and Independent Shopping Scene. And I have lived here since 2020, and before that I grew up in Gosport so I am a local gal with local focus!

Some of the things I care deeply about are youth services and schemes to get young people supported and given the chance to do something positive for themselves and their communities.
I also strongly stand behind fair and affordable housing for all. As a long time-renter with small children I know how scary and difficult that can be while also being the only option for many.
I believe if the community is at the heart and focus of everything we do, we can’t fail. When people support and uplift each other everyone thrives. I truly believe I am a lifter.
