Statement to voters
I’ve lived in Manchester for six years, and in North Manchester for the last three, and I’m proud to call it home.

I’m acutely aware of the challenges many of our local communities face, especially around the cost of living and investment in our local areas.
Alongside volunteering on the committee of the Salford & Bury Green Party, I work in higher education supporting students with their career development and future opportunities. Through my work, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges people face navigating the Greater Manchester labour market, particularly around access to stable, meaningful work.
I’m standing as a Green Party candidate because I believe in a sustainable and community- focused approach to local decision-making. I care about creating places where people feel supported, and have access to opportunities, green spaces, and stronger local communities.
