My family and I are part of this community, and I am standing as an independent candidate to give residents a genuine local voice — one that works for people, not a political party.

I was educated locally, attending Ealing College Upper School, and went on to complete a BSc, MPH and PhD while continuing to live in Central Greenford. I later spent several years conducting research between the UK and the USA. I now work as an independent research scientist and serve as a school governor. These experiences shape my approach to local issues, grounded in evidence‑based decision‑making, fairness, and public service.

These are the issues I believe matter most to residents:

1. Cleaner, safer streets
   Tackling litter, fly-tipping, and local environmental issues to keep Central Greenford clean and well maintained.

2. Fair parking and traffic enforcement
   Ensuring parking rules are applied fairly and consistently, with proper consideration of residents’ circumstances.

3. Better local services
   Pushing for reliable, responsive services that residents can depend on — from waste collection to street maintenance.

4. Fairness in housing and planning
   Supporting transparent decisions and developments that meet local needs.

5. Public health and wellbeing
   Supporting practical local measures that reduce alcohol and gambling harm and improve community wellbeing, including stronger controls on advertising and a focus on prevention.

I have already worked to improve road safety on Oldfield Lane North, surveying the area with a road-safety expert and calling for a zebra crossing near the Clare Road roundabout — a campaign I will continue to pursue.

As an independent councillor, I will listen, act, and stand up for Central Greenford residents every time. I will be accessible and available to residents, with regular opportunities to raise concerns directly.
