and later Johnson Matthey/ Universal Oil Products. Senior Science Technician at Highams Park School.
Dr. William Happer, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Physics at Princeton University is the world authority on CO2 in the atmosphere. Has explained on Youtube “The CO2 Delusion”.
CO2 is soluble in cold water and less so in warm water. The seas and oceans hold giga tons of CO2, which is a requirement for all life on Earth.
The current average Ocean surface temperature on Apr. 17, 2026 gives a CO2 level of 430.00 ppm as measured at the Mauna Loa Observatory. Due to various causes, the Oceans are warming and this figure may rise. The measure of CO2 in the atmosphere is proportional to the average temperate of the Oceans and indicates global warming or cooling but does not control it, as UK governments has led us to believe.
The fuss about CO2 is totally irrational, the Reform Party recognises this, as does the USA. Also, there is dearth of CO2 in the atmosphere, its new level has allowed some farmers to harvest twice a year and is greening desert areas of the planet.
RESTORING BRITAIN'S POWER & PROSPERITY
Britain has the richest history of any country in the world, but our best days lie ahead.
This is a country that built global trade, pioneered industry, defended freedom, and shaped the modern world. Yet for years, the British people have been failed by political leaders who put ideology, bureaucracy, and international institutions ahead of their own citizens.
The LBWF, after some 30 years of Labour rule is in a mess. The council has closed factories, and built tower blocks and large supermarkets over sites, where we once had fruitful employment. The trains are now packed with commuters traveling to the City for work, before that we had commuters, coming to Highams Park for work.
The borough is hopelessly in debt, as is the Government.
Please give me your vote, for a prosperous future.
