Statement to voters
I’m a mum, and I live right here in our community.
Full statement
Two years ago, I decided to stop complaining about what wasn’t working and do something about it by standing as a candidate for Cove and Southwood.
Since then, I’ve been listening to residents, working locally and getting things done, from helping upgrade our playgrounds to bringing people together through community projects.
I chair a local preschool and help lead a community forum that connects local groups and residents, because strong communities don’t just happen, they’re built.
Over the past two years, we’ve started to see real change across Rushmoor. There’s more to do, but we’re moving in the right direction and we can’t risk losing that progress.
Like many of you, I want our area to feel safe, welcoming and something we can all be proud of.
If you feel the same, I’d really appreciate your support.
