Statement to voters
I lived in Tooting Bec for nearly 10 years.

I am fluent in Urdu/Hindi, Punjabi, and Pashto, with functional knowledge of Arabic and Persian. I am an advocate of the High Court and a lawyer in Pakistan, recently called to the Bar at Middle Temple as a Barrister. I support charity work as a legal caseworker or paralegal, including Bail for Immigration Detainees, handling bail applications for immigration detainees. As a candidate for Tooting Bec councillor, I strongly support more social housing, free education, free school meals, additional playgrounds and sports facilities for youth, and the promotion of local small businesses. I would like the council to invest in leisure centres, safe cycling routes, benches for adults and pregnant women, and increased CCTV for safety, along with strict measures against shoplifting and violence targeting children and women. If elected, my priorities include fostering integration, promoting diversity, and ensuring a safe and happy community.
