A migrant from Turkey, Leni has called the UK home for 18 years, and Lewisham for 8. For over a decade, she has worked in communications roles for charities, campaigning for the rights of migrants, refugees and LGBTIQA+ communities.
Leni continues to volunteer with LGBTIQA+ organisations and has led campaigns challenging unfair immigration policies. Leni is standing for the Greens for social justice, climate action and a fairer system for everyone.
