Statement to voters
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been out on your doorsteps, listening to residents, hearing your frustrations, and hearing your hopes for our community.
Full statement
Time and again, people tell me the same thing — they want councillors who work hard, listen, and put local people first.
That is exactly why I’m standing.
I’m proud to have the backing of our local MP, and proud to stand for Labour with a clear plan for St Helens and Silverhill fixing potholes and pavements, improving playgrounds for families, tackling dog fouling and fly-tipping, and fighting for bus services that actually work for our community.
This election is about the kind of area we want to live in. Do we move forward with practical local action, or risk going backwards?
I have the experience, the energy, and the determination to be a strong local voice for our community. On Thursday 7th May, I’m asking for your vote so together we can keep delivering for St Helens and Silverhill.
Vote Labour. Vote Margi. Putting local residents first.
