Statement to voters
I’m Dan and I am standing as a candidate in Liversedge and Gomersal as I believe we can make a real difference in our ward.

I want to support local people to work alongside each other and change the growing culture of hate. We need to make sure our LGBTQ+ communities feel safe and welcome in our community.
I believe local businesses need to be fairly considered for council contracts, rather than prioritising national companies with no interest in ward issues. Decisions made in development need to strive to preserve our nature and be sensitive to biodiversity, rather than only considering commercial growth.
I hope to be a voice for these key issues on the council and listen to resident needs to ensure my opinions are informed by local experience.
