I am not just a candidate; I am a disabled accessibility advocate with almost four decades of lived experience. I understand the barriers our community faces because I face them every day.
Why I am standing:
I believe that accessibility is not a "future consideration"—it is a fundamental right. I am running to ensure that every resident of Ladywood, regardless of their circumstances, has a voice that is heard and respected.
My Commitments to You:
Common-Sense Accessibility: I will fight for inclusive public spaces, ensuring our buildings and streets are accessible to everyone, from wheelchair users to parents with prams.
Honest Representation: I am a candidate of integrity who refuses to be silenced by rigid rules or party branding that ignores local needs.
Advocacy for the Vulnerable: My background in community spirit means I will always prioritise supporting our most vulnerable citizens over political games.
