Tim has lived in Petworth for two years, and has previously lived in both Pulborough and Storrington.

He is a semi-retired piano tuner, and has also worked as music teacher and musician, having done these three things for all his working life.

Tim is a committed environmentalist, and supports Friends Of The Earth, Greenpeace and The Green Party, and is of course a member of the Green Party.

Tim is also a committed Christian, and attends a church in Storrington, often playing piano in the worship team for services.

If elected, Tim’s focus as Councillor will of course be to concentrate on issues vital to local people, such as: The wellbeing of our farming community and associated businesses; The safeguarding of local services; Paying close heed to any proposed developments such as new houses, or proposed new roads, and to balance the sometimes conflicting needs of different sections of the local community; Keeping business rates for local shops and offices as low as possible; Conserving the wonderful historic architecture within the historic town of Petworth
