Ginny has been associated with this area all of her life and loves this special corner of West Sussex.

She went to school in Duncton, Easebourne and Midhurst and has been on the governing bodies of local schools as well as on the board of two local charities. Ginny has worked as an NHS consultant in Sussex Hospitals for over 20 years. Prior to that she was a lecturer/senior lecturer at a teaching hospital in London.

Ginny cares deeply about our local wild places and has volunteered in them since the 1980s. Many people are doing superb work locally, nevertheless she is concerned that Nature and people are being put at risk as a result of pollution of our air, rivers and land. She have been campaigning for several years to raise awareness of local, national and international issues.

The fact that some political parties put profit before the protection of people and wildlife has motivated me to stand for election - protecting our precious environment has surely got to be worth a try.

The People’s Emergency Briefing tells us that 88% of people living in England and Wales want more done regarding global overheating. Our ability to grow food is at risk, the south east of England will be the most impacted by water shortages, people are waking up to the fact that we need nature to thrive if we are to survive. Let’s forget our differences over the smaller things and come together to fix our situation whilst we still can. The window of opportunity is closing fast. If we put our minds to it, step up and do the responsible thing I know we can do it. You never know we might even enjoy it.
