As an NHS worker and active member of UNISON, Marley sees every day how vital strong public services are, and what happens when they are underfunded.

She is committed to protecting and investing in our NHS, social care, youth services, and local amenities so they truly serve our community. She has consistently campaigned for low-paid workers to be paid the real Living Wage and have worked to strengthen workplace protections, including supporting the implementation of the Employment Rights Act. As a young worker, she is passionate about improving the voice and representation of young people in decision-making. Marley believes issues such as sustainability, clean and healthy environments are fundamental fair and thriving communities. If elected, she will stand up for fair pay, fair funding for strong public services, and a council that works for everyone.
