Statement to voters
I’m standing as a candidate for the Green Party in May because I believe Enfield deserves a fresh, community-led approach to local politics.

Only a Green council will deliver that.
I moved to Enfield 27 years ago, raised my family here, and I’ve watched successive council cabinets lose touch with the people they serve. Decisions without consultation. Cuts to services. Missed targets on housing and net zero. And now the loss of green belt and park land spaces in Crews Hill and Whitewebbs.
Enfield deserves better. A council that works for you. That protects your green spaces. That prioritises affordable housing, safer streets, air quality, vital public services, active transport AND its climate commitments – because none of these things are optional. A council that is open, transparent and accountable.
If elected as your local councillor for Ridgeway, I’ll do everything I can to make that happen.
