Will has nearly 25 years' experience working in the non-profit sector, including four years at a disabled people's charity and a decade in sexual health.

His voluteer roles have ranged from transcribing historical documents to marshalling at junior parkruns. He has been a trustee of a number of community organisations, including campaign groups and performing arts and local history charities.
The new unitary council offers a fresh start and a chance to deliver high quality, cost-effective public services across East Surrey, but it will also be larger than Tandridge District Council and more remote from the people it serves. Will is keen to ensure that our communities are not neglected and will fight to see our local area gets its fair share of support and investment.
