Serving as a local councillor, I’ve built a reputation for standing up for our local communities and delivering change by helping people navigate problems, challenging decisions that don’t work, and ensuring voices are heard. I will bring that same drive and determination as your MSP.

Our Constituency is made up of many unique communities, each with many different pressures and priorities. Everyone deserves an MSP that understands local concerns and speaks up for the whole area in Parliament.

Too often, decisions affecting Scotland are made at Westminster, where our priorities come second. That’s why strong local voices matter.

Despite those pressures, the SNP has delivered real support during the cost-of-living crisis, protecting free access to prescriptions, expanding childcare and early learning, improving access to public transport, and scrapping peak rail fares.

The SNP has also delivered free personal care for older people, introduced the Scottish Child Payment, widened access to higher education and protected public services from Westminster austerity.

But we can go further.

With Scotland’s vast energy wealth, it makes no sense that households face some of the highest bills in Europe.

Those choices are not made here in Scotland. With Independence, we can take control, lower costs and build a fairer, more prosperous future.

The SNP will always stand up for Scotland.
