This election will be close race between Labour and Reform, who want to use our valley as a springboard for their division and chaos. If re-elected, we pledge to focus on the community's priorities, including

👮 More police patrols to tackle speeding and dangerous driving - working with the police to fund extra highways safety shifts, proactively targeting dangerous driving hotspots
🍞 Setting up a hardship fund - working with local community groups to support those unable to purchase household items
💡 Securing the future of our leisure centre - delivering an energy efficiency project at Colne Valley Leisure Centre to cut down on energy costs, making it more sustainable
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Supporting our young people - tackling antisocial behaviour by funding detached youth workers in Linthwaite helping young people in the Colne Valley at risk of turning to crime, and upgrading the playground at Slaithwaite Spa
