Statement to voters
I’ve lived in Weybridge for 10 years, and as one of the mangers for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, I help run vital fundraising activities in the community to support local families with children with life limiting conditions. I Chair the Weybridge Independent Network, a group of small locally businesses whose aim is to support each other and the community. Day to day, I see the need for well-funded vital public services to support families in hardship. Local business is essential to the recovery from the pandemic, and we need policies from all levels of government which champion their success.
