I am standing as an independent candidate for Ayr, and on the South Scotland regional list, because I believe our communities deserve a voice that answers to people—not parties.

For too long, decisions have been shaped by party lines, internal agendas, and systems that feel distant from everyday life. I’m standing to change that.

I come from this community. I understand the pressures families are under—the housing crisis, the impact of poor decisions and wasted public money, and the reality of a public health system struggling to respond to addiction.

My commitment is simple:
• Put Ayr, Prestwick and Troon first
• Challenge waste and demand accountability
• Push for real, joined-up solutions to the addiction crisis
