If elected, I'll be excited to continue the good work of Chaddlewood's current Green Councillors.
I'm pleased to be standing alongside two other strong women in this election. I believe all women who stand up for their values are strong.
As an advocate for women, and a campaigner for ending Violence Against Women and Girls, I believe only good can come from more women stepping forward into public life. I want to see a new, positive politics, because we are strongest when we work together and build unity.
This campaign is about Chaddlewood, its residents, and delivering on the changes they want to see. I will work to maintain Chaddlewood's beauty, such as the subway art, and planting trees and wildflower meadows.
Residents point to parks needing TLC, and that some areas can feel unsafe at night and would benefit from better lighting - I am reporting all issues raised the council.
Whoever wins on May 7th, Labour will still hold control of the council. It’s vital they are held to account. Thousands of children in Plymouth live in poverty, our roads are congested and tired, and many feel politics is letting them down. I’ve served in the council chamber before, so I can hit the ground running from day one.
I was a Labour councillor but became an independent in 2025 - not joining another party or group - because I couldn’t stand by while communities were divided
The Greens don't whip their councillors; I’m pleased to stand as a Green candidate, to represent Chaddlewood with that same commitment to community-focused, positive politics - whilst being part of a Party with a record on delivery here.
