Jack Barwell is a state school educated guy currently studying Politics at the University of Exeter.

He’s experienced in Politics having interned at the Department for Housing and Local government and helping run campaigns since 2015, but his youth gives him a different perspective and means he will change it up compared to politicians of the past in Mincinglake and Whipton.
Jack’s passionate about improving your local services. This isn’t about loyalties at this election, it’s about acknowledging electing him will give the Labour party a wakeup call and make them pay attention to this ward which they have taken advantage of for too long. Jack wants to bring more funding to this area to improve local services, fight for glass recycling to help the environment, and better schools to give all kids the start they deserve.
