Statement to voters
Listening to residents is key, so I hold regular monthly surgeries. We’re able to resolve issues by fighting for investment in South Tottenham. We’ve secured £250,000 to resolve the longstanding flooding on Markfield Road and £25,000 for a community garden. I’m committed to bringing our communities together to celebrate events like Eid and Purim. Safety is essential for this harmony. That’s why we helped transform a crime hotspot into a space where local children grow vegetables. The council also installed bollards in two busy roads, protecting pedestrians. I’m proud to champion South Tottenham’s diverse communities.
